As a licensed physiotherapist, you belong to the organization of the Individual and Care Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We will expand our rehab team with an additional physiotherapist. We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to work in municipal operations and in a team, as well as be part of the development of rehabilitation. We offer you a meaningful and stimulating job together with a workgroup that has long experience and broad knowledge. The workgroup consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, nursing assistants, and assistive technology technicians. Personal professional development/training is seen as a natural part of the continuous quality assurance we strive for. An individual competence plan will be established for you.

As a physiotherapist, you create together with others in the team the conditions for the individual to live as active and independent a life as possible based on a person-centered approach. The rehab team is responsible for rehabilitation efforts in both special and ordinary housing, in short-term housing, and within LSS/Social Psychiatry. We have a developed training operation with rehab assistants and licensed staff distributed across different areas of responsibility. You are responsible for assessment, training, treatment, and prescribing assistive devices. The job responsibilities also include initiating, participating in, and conducting systematic quality and development work, as well as mentoring staff and relatives. Collaboration both internally and externally is central. As a physiotherapist, you are part of a team around the individual and collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, nurses, care managers, and care staff.

You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team and to foster a positive work climate. You are engaged, flexible, attentive, communicative, and have a good response. A driver's license with category B is required. You must be a licensed physiotherapist, have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and have good computer skills. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Experience in municipal rehabilitation is an advantage.
